    TerrainTech Parts specialise in mail order for 4x4 off road parts and accessories, offering the cheapest delivery options for UK and Worldwide destinations. When using a mechanic, we can ship direct to them on your behalf, to a favourite stockist, or to any other address you would prefer.

    We try our best to dispatch all orders within 24 hours when possible. In some cases items marked as "Genuine LR" can take up to an additional 48 hours.

    All orders are trackable so you will receive email and SMS updates. To ensure you receive your email updates, please check your junk folders.

    PLEASE NOTE: All exceptionally large, oversized or heavy items (bumpers, engines, gearboxes, chassis, winches etc.) exceeding 30 kgs will require sending via special courier, pallet or freight and are therefore subject to quotation.

    All UK Mainland orders are dispatched via DPD Tracked Courier, with the exception of very small items which are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.     Getting your order delivered to you in EU Europe is now as cheap and efficient as it has ever been. With the excellent service and delivery times provided by DPD the below delivery costs are some of the most competitive - and we always work to ensure you are receiving the best value for money. Some large orders are required to be sent in separate parcels, these will be charged additionally per parcel.

    Regular size and weight parcels are sent on a "cost per parcel" rate. These parcels are to be less than 30kg and are also subject to size restrictions. The rates per parcel are shown below. Unfortunately the on line shop is unable to calculate the number of parcels your order will be sent as. As a result you will be given the option of a) allowing us to despatch without further contact or b) Paddock to contact you by phone or e-mail with delivery costs for your approval before despatch.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    TerrainTech want you to have confidence in the way we treat every order you place, so we have a simple returns policy to put your mind at ease.

    In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we recommend that you contact us via email at returns@terraintechparts.com prior to sending items back, our returns address can be found at the bottom of this page.

    Please note: Special order items and made to order galvanised chassis are non-refundable.

     

    Unwanted or incorrectly ordered or unsuitable goods

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are free to cancel your your order and return unwanted goods within 30 days of delivery. These goods must be new and unused in their original packaging. Please ensure that the product boxes are not marked or defaced. You are entitled to a full refund (excluding original shipping expenses) and this will be issued to the original payment method. We ask you to take care when packing the items for return as we are unable to accept liability for goods damaged in transit and request that you use a method that is either a registered postal service, tracked or otherwise insured method. We reserve the right to refuse the return of unwanted goods outside the 30 day period.

     

    Damaged or defective goods

    Should you feel that your goods are damaged or defective in any way, you are entitled to return these to us within 30 days after your delivery, providing the goods are new and unused. We will issue a refund to the original payment card and provide recompense for postal expenses within reasonable limits upon the items return.

     

    Failed goods under warranty

    You are entitled to return at your cost and claim for items that have failed within their full warranty period after delivery to yourself. You have the option for a replacement product or a refund dependant on the decision of the manufacturer of the item. Faulty items will be accessed by the manufacturer and this may mean that you have to wait a little longer for their decision, which we will accept as the final decision regarding your claim. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are damaged in transit and request that you use a registered postal service or an otherwise insured method.

    TerrainTech Parts can advise that the warranty given by itself and the manufacturer covers only the item. Labour charges and any other associated costs are not covered.

     

    Despatch of incorrect items

    Occasionally the incorrect item may be sent to a customer. You are entitled to a full refund on return of the unit within 30 days after delivery, as long as the unit is new and unused. We will refund the postage of such items (within reasonable limits) or we can arrange a collection for you.

     

    Exchanges

    Goods that require exchange will be made where the item is available in stock, providing the unit has been returned new and unused. We will await the items return so that we may carry out a few checks in house to ensure the product is as originally despatched. If we are unable to provide an exchange, a full refund will be actioned to the original payment method used. We expect to credit or refund within 14 days from receipt of your goods. Credit card companies may take additional days to process your refund and we ask that you kindly allow an additional 10 – 14 days for this to appear on your statement from your card company.

    If your exchange is urgent and you cannot wait for the return of your goods until being issued with your exchange items, we will will despatch your exchange items and make a charge for these.

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund for the goods being returned if they are not new and unused, or if the item clearly shows signs of fitment, misuse and ill-treatment.

    Returns are normally processed within 7 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, TerrainTech Parts will issue a refund. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, TerrainTech Parts reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

    If your return is large and cannot be returned via Royal Mail, please contact us. Our customer service team will be able to assist you.
